Our client, an international flight support company and due to winning a new client, they now require a Hospitality Supervisor.
Job profile
Representing the product of a VIP executive aircraft lounge
Leading the customer service staff
Preparing duty roster for staff
Developing a customer service concept
Monitoring service quality of the customer service dept.
Standardisation of services
Purchasing Office material/Stationary Equipment/Uniforms etc.
Stocking of lounge facilities
Contractor Liasion Cleaning Company etc.
Experience
Min. 5 years experience in luxury hotel & restaurant business
Experience in aviation desirable
Strong interpersonal skills
International background required
Very good English and French language skills required
Arabic language would be an asset
