Mobile Sales Advisor


£24,000 OTE (£18,000 basic salary)

(Early & late shifts, Monday to Sunday, on a rostered basis)

That's why we are currently looking for Mobile Sales Advisors to join Heathrow Express. Reporting to the Mobile Sales Manager, you will represent and promote the Heathrow Express and Connect train services by proactively selling to customers, the appropriate product or service, in order to maximise sales revenue.

You will be responsible for generating sales to defined targets working both Airside and Landside within Heathrow and Heathrow Express boundaries within the airport and stations along route. You will also be required to utilise the sales brief in order to maximise sales performance and maintain up to date knowledge about the Heathrow Express and Connect services and onward travel options in order to support the customers travel plans.

Where extra support is required, you will also be required to work alongside the on-board team, on the Heathrow Express train service, to ensure all revenue is collected.

Strong verbal communication skills which will engage customers and a confident, pro-active, professional, enthusiastic and flexible approach are key to success and a demonstrable track record of sales achievement gained in either targeted field sales, telesales or face to face direct sales environments are essential. As you will be working in an international arrivals area, the ability to speak different languages would be desirable.
