Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Responsible to provide professional and positive leadership to the logistics department
- Manage the physical finished goods inventory warehouse
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management and team leadership, with focus on quality and excellence.
- Manage the maintenance and technical support for the acquisition of assigned fleets of equipment in accordance with regulation
- Organize & maintain an accurate inventory at optimum levels
- Responsible for providing leadership to warehouse team members and create a positive work environment
- Lead the team of logistics professionals within a specific logistics sector and coach a network of logistician in a geographical set of business units
- Lead advisor, facilitator and developer of the logistics doctrine, policies and processes
- Oversee performance measurement and coordinate appropriate countermeasure action as required
- Lead logistics governance activities (including performance, compliance and assurance
- Influence the development of and implementation of logistics related information systems and tools
- Prepare briefs for the requirements on logistics-related committees, councils and working groups
- Plan, organize, monitor, and improve goods In-Flow processes from receiving to sales location replenishment fulfilling the goal to be fully stocked and ready for the customer prior to store opening
- Partner with managers to influence and support overall positive working environment to include actions to secure efficient logistics operations and a positive shopping experience for visitors
- Optimize the utilization of existing store logistics capacities (Space/Equipment/People)
- Provide input to senior management regarding store logistic capacity requirements (Space/Equipment/People)
- Monitor and evaluate subordinate assigned supplier performance data of price, quality (lots accepted vs. lots received), on-time delivery (lots on-time vs. lots received), and service
- Oversee the subordinates to insure that they adequately communicate acceptable and unacceptable performance to their assigned suppliers and coordinate any corrective action needed to improve price, quality, on-time delivery or service
- Administrate, coordinate and cooperatively work with all other departments to resolve all issues relevant to the supplier or parts assigned.
- Contribute as a member of the Logistics Management Team and lead co-workers
- Assist subordinates in actively resisting any supplier request for price increase requiring the supplier to provide adequate documentations and justification to support such requests
- Perform professionally to build a good business relationship with suppliers, while exhibiting teamwork among his company contemporaries
- Design, implement, manage and monitor procurement reporting system to meet the company requirements
- Maintain the store goods flow system in accordance to agreed routines/procedures including basic actions to support the inventory process and also secure the volume resources planning for the goods In-Flow areas and communicate the volume demands
- Ensure that basic actions are monitored, maintained and co-workers are knowledgeable of and performing their responsibilities in the In-Flow areas
- Establish, implement, review and update plans to secure ongoing development of competence and succession within your function and location
- Use information, knowledge and available resources to educate co-workers about logistics processes
- Develop and Install the department procedures and practices and mange the work flow, sequence of operation and office arrangement to determine expediency of installing new or improved office machines

Experience Required:
- MUST have Minimum of Ten (10) years experience in Logistics SCM Management.
- Minimum of Five (5) years experience in Logistics governance activities.
- Minimum of Five (5) years experience as Logistics Manager within similar industry.
- Experience in Organizing and maintaining the accurate inventory at optimum levels.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in SCM/Logistics or equivalent
